In traditional recruitment, candidate-position fit was measured by keyword matching. This approach led to poor matches and long cycles, wasting the time of both employers and candidates.
An NLP engine was developed to compute semantic similarity between job listings and CVs. Speed was optimized for high-volume searches using an Annoy index; TensorFlow-based text embedding models were fine-tuned. The entire infrastructure was deployed on Docker and AWS for high availability.
